Dry Vacuum
Full dry vacuum removes loose surface debris, dust, and pet hair before any liquid touches the surface.

Plant-Based Pre-Spray
We apply a plant-based, kid and pet safe pre-treatment spray to break down embedded dirt, oils, and allergens at the fibre level.
- 4Step 4
Agitation
The pre-spray is worked deep into the fibres using a grooming tool, this is what loosens the stuff that's been sitting there for years.
- 5Step 5
Water Extraction
The main event. High-pressure water is injected into the fibres and immediately extracted, pulling out everything the pre-spray loosened. This is where you'll see the dirty water.
- 6Step 6
Rinse & Neutralise
A neutralising rinse removes any remaining chemical residue. Leaves the surface pH-balanced, clean, and safe for kids and pets the moment it dries.
- 7Step 7
Deodorise & Final Inspect
A plant-based deodoriser is applied and we do a final walkthrough with you. Before/after photos taken and sent with your invoice. You're happy, then you pay.
